Business websiteBusiness website for a tool store
5-page website for a DIY tool store: a catalog filtered by category and a pre-filled product request.
The need
A new company selling DIY tools wants a fast business website, easy to read on desktop, tablet and phone.
What I built
Five pages: home, tools, about, contact, legal notice.
Twelve tool listings, filtered by category, with a “from” price and the label “En stock” (in stock) or “Sur commande” (available to order).
On each listing, “Demander ce produit” (ask for this product) opens the contact form already filled in, with the right category.
Demo built for a job posting: the store, the prices, the stock and the reviews are made up, and drawings stand in for photos.
Try it in the demo
- On the tools page, pick a category: the list narrows down.
- Click “Demander ce produit” on a listing: the request arrives already filled in in the form.
- Look at the listings: each one says whether the tool is in stock or available to order.
What I checked
- The chosen category also shows in the address: a link can open a category directly.
- The product request carries over the tool's name and its category.
Simulated in the demo
- The form sends nothing.
Lighthouse 100 everywhere, on all five pages. Checked in Chrome on desktop and in WebKit, the engine behind Safari, on mobile: no errors, no overflow.
