The need
The owner of a card deck wants to offer readings online, with an interpretation written by AI from their own texts.
What I built
The user draws three cards. The AI links the cards together and writes an interpretation, followed by an affirmation and a message. It relies only on the card entries and the owner's instructions, which the owner edits from an admin area. Two decks to draw from: the owner's own and a tarot deck.
Demo: cards and texts made up, interpretations generated by AI.
Try it in the demo
- Draw three cards in “Les Héros cachés”, then switch to the tarot.
- Open “Voir ce que l'IA reçoit” (see what the AI receives): the entries for the cards drawn, the instructions and the examples, nothing else.
- In the admin area, edit a card entry or the instructions: the change goes to the AI on the next reading, and it is kept after a reload.
What I checked
- The interpretations shown were written by AI (Claude), from the card entries and instructions on the page only.
- The AI links the cards together. It does not make up their meaning.
- The tarot takes each card's position into account. The final affirmation is specific to Les Héros cachés.
- Estimated cost in real use: about €0.01 to €0.03 per reading.
Simulated in the demo
- In the demo, three combinations per reading were interpreted in advance, then saved. In real use, each reading calls the AI.
17 checks, locally and online: drawing, card flipping, positions, edited instructions actually sent, no overflow.
