Privacy — Invoice Preflight

What the module collects

Nothing. Invoice Preflight runs entirely inside your Dolibarr instance. It sends no data to the publisher or to any third party, calls no online service, and contains no telemetry, no usage counter and no online license check.

Proof in the code: no URL apart from the license notices, no call to curl, remote file_get_contents, fsockopen or mail (checked by scripts/prevalidate.php, the "network" rule, result in MORNING.md §2).

What the module reads

In your Dolibarr database, read-only, and only when a user opens the validation confirmation of a customer invoice or validates it: the invoice and its lines, the linked orders and their lines, the available discounts of the third party, the contacts of the invoice, and the cost price of the products on the lines. Nothing is kept outside the request.

What the module writes

Only your settings (mode of each check, tolerance), in the standard Dolibarr configuration table, when an administrator saves the settings page. Uninstalling the module removes its configuration constants.

Personal data

The module processes no personal data on its own behalf. The data of your third parties and contacts stays in your instance, under your responsibility as data controller.

Support

When you write to support@timaub.fr, the publisher receives what you send (address, message, attachments) and keeps it for the time needed to handle the request. Do not attach an export of your database: an anonymised extract is enough.
